004 - Network Proposal V2
It has been a decent amount of time operating underneath the network model proposed in 001 - Network Proposal. A lot has changed however, and I have both gained experience with that setup and acquired more hardware to use in my homelab. So I will outline the new network model which I will refactor my current setup to.

The Firewall and Subnets
The Dell Poweredge which was previously running a virtualized instance of PFSense has been decommissioned and will be re-purposed for different lab environments depending on projects and needs. The new firewall is a Protectli VP2430 with 4 2.5G ports and an Intel N150. It has 16GB of RAM, 500GB of NVMe storage, and a TPM module. I am so far very impressed with the build quality and the performance of the device.
The DMZ network will serve the same purpose as it did before. To provide an isolated environment for services, projects, various labs, and any other applications which I would be unwilling to expose my endpoints to. I considered making an "APP" network on the VP2430, and having the APP network house all of my services, servers, and other internet facing devices. However, I should be able to accomplish that with a second firewall placed in the DMZ subnet to create the APP subnet, considering that I decided to make a dedicated management network on the third firewall interface.
The MGT network is new, with the sudden addition of 2 ports to my firewall I now have the luxury of separating my management network and my LAN. previously management interfaces were connected to the LAN and given static IP's within a certain provisioned range. This will allow me to separate those functions and have a dedicated remote management device which I can connect to.
New Hardware and 10" Rack
To accommodate for new projects, and services, a 10" mini rack will be 3D printed from PETG to house most of the homelab. Below is a non-comphrensive list of what is planned to be added to the homelab and the 10" rack. See Mini Rack for the entire printing and build process. I will also be using an 8U 19" Rack from StarTech to hold my R710 and my new SuperMicro chassis
